Mangal Bhawan means “abode of auspiciousness”
and
Amangal Hari means “remover of inauspiciousness”
Shri RamJi is called Mangal Bhawan Amangal Hari because wherever Prabhu Shri RamJi is there is auspiciousness and inauspiciousness is automatically removed.

Meaning: God appears before any person as per his concept, the way that imagined the Lord to be,

Meaning: He came out as per the practice of clan of Raghu, And if he loses his soul he would not break his word,

There are some verses which further clarifies this:
जा पर कृपा राम की होई, ता पर कृपा करे सब कोई
Meaning: Whosever gets blessings of Prabhu Shri RamJi, Gets the blessings of Everyone.
जा पर नाथ करहु तुम्ह दाया॥ ताहि सदा सुभ कुसल निरंतर। सुर नर मुनि प्रसन्न ता ऊपर॥
Meaning: The one you have compassion on is always well-being and constantly efficient. Gods, humans and sages all rejoice over him.
Now, whatever we face in our life is due to our own karmas, No one else is responsible for our sufferings and most of us basically prays to various deities to get blessings so that we can lead a peaceful life.
For Example, on monday we pray to Bhagwan Mahadev while on Tuesday Shri Hanuman On wednesday Shri Ganesh, On festivals we pray to Lord Kuber, We pray to 9 planets because it’s believed that they influences our life etc.
But when we have the blessings of Prabhu Shri RamJi every deity will give us blessings, 9 planets will automatically be satisfied, We don’t need to pray to others to get blessings nor to be afraid of anyone as most of us are scared of Shani dev specially.
Sages, Humans and Gods everyone will bless us because Prabhu ShriRamJi is the cause of every Gods and all the existence.
Once we have blessings of everyone, We will have only auspiciousness in our life and inauspiciousness will be removed automatically, Hence our Prabhu is called “Mangal Bhawan Amangal Hari”
It’s like when you know the president so you need not to contact ministers for your help, President’s name will do everything because ministers(Other Gods, Deities, Sages etc.) all are under the order of Prabhu Shri RamJi.
Another reason is that they are Bhaktvatsal, They love their devotees the most and they say that “My heart breaks even if my devotee is hurt by a small pin! My devotee is equivalent to my parents & my life, they are my all!”
Such is the compassion of our Dayasindhu(Ocean of compassion and mercy), They can’t see anything inauspicious in the life of their devotee and removes the inauspiciousness and provide everything to the devotee so that the devotee can live with peace and happiness hence our prabhu is called “Mangal Bhawan Amangal Hari”.
